こんにちは。この度Edo All UnitedのGMに当選しました本田圭佑です。
Edoが何かが分からないという人にも理解して頂けるようにシンプルかつ短めに書いてみます。

Edo All United とは
Edoは創業3年目になる社会人のサッカークラブで、月に1万円払えば誰でもクラブ経営に参加にできるというコンセプトで運営しています。(表には出ていないすが、さらに高い額を払って参加できるコミュニティも存在していたりします)

経営方針
意思決定のプロセスは提案&選挙で決めます。誰でもどんな内容でも提案できます。投票では1人1票です。大事にしたいと思ってることは決まったルールを「提案と選挙で変えれる」というところです。これ読んでお気づきの人もいると思いますが、EdoはWeb3のDAOに似てます。それを2年前からアナログかつオフチェーンでやってるようなサッカークラブです。

2年連続でリーグ昇格
スタートは東京4部(実質J10)でした。選手含めた関係者の活躍&貢献により2年連続でリーグ昇格をすることができました！実際には余裕などは1ミリもなくギリギリの戦いでしたし、感動的でした！今年は東京2部を戦います！

課題だらけ
1番の課題はオーナーへのインセンティブ設計です。僕自身がこのクラブを立ち上げた時から「初期から応援してる人たちが最も得をするような仕組み」を公言してきてるんですが、全員で決める方針で進めてきた結果、まだ全く実現できていません。最初は450人くらいいたオーナーの人数が120人弱にまで激減してしまいました。反省だらけの2年間でしたが、一方で残ってくれてるオーナーたちには感謝の気持ちしかありません。個人的には0から仕切り直すくらいのつもりでいます。

GMに就任
Edoの人事はほとんど選挙で決めます。なので僕もGMに立候補して当選しました。立候補した理由はいくつかありますが、GMがやるべき意思決定の一部をDAOにしたらもっと面白くなるなと思って、色々と変えるならGMにならないと変えられないなと思ったことが主な理由です。

今後やっていきたいこと
インセンティブ設計はもちろん、ホームグランドや練習場の確保、そしてスタジアム構想も視野に入っています。東京のど真ん中に日本を代表するサッカークラブをつくりたいと思っています。スポーツクラブはDAOとも相性がいいと思ってるので、そこもトライしていきます。まだプロジェクトは始まったばかりですので、まだ特定のサッカークラブやスポーツクラブを応援したことがないという人はぜひEdo All Unitedで一緒に世界一のクラブづくりをしましょう！

Hi, I’m Keisuke Honda and I have been elected as a General Manager for Edo All United.
I’d like to simply explain and introduce Edo to you all.

What is Edo All United?
Edo is a three-year-old senior soccer team that can be operated by anyone, for 10,000 yen every month. We haven’t officially announced this yet but there is also a community for additional fees.

Management principles
We decide and manage the team with a support of owner’s opinions. In the end, we hold an election to make a final decision (one vote per person). Every owners are able to simply change the rules by their suggestions, is what we always keep in mind. A couple of people reading this has probably noticed that this system is similar to DAO from Web3. Edo has been managing this way from 2 years ago by analog and off-chain.

Rising league status 2 years in a row
Began from the 4th league in Tokyo (J10), and now with all the amazing players, staffs and supporters, we were able to step up the league for 2 years in a row! Every game was a close battle which made it exciting for us to watch. Edo will be playing in the 2nd league in Tokyo this year!

Piled up tasks
The biggest task we have is a plan of an incentive to the owners. I haven’t been able to complete this since I said about everyone who has been supporting the team since the beginning gets rewarded. We had around 450 owners at the start but unfortunately, it has reduced to around 120 owners now. I’ve been reflecting on both good and the bad side of the system for this 2 years, and I appreciate from the bottom of my heart for the people who are still the owners of Edo. I personally am thinking of renewing the whole system so that everyone can receive some sort of reward for their amazing support.

Appointed as the General Manager
Most of the owner’s positions are selected by an election, so I applied for this General Manager position and was nominated. There are a couple of reasons why I applied, but it was mainly because I wanted to change many things such as the operation of the system.

What we aim to do
Creating an incentive plan of course but other than that, securing a steady home ground and training ground, as well as developing a stadium for Edo. I’m aiming to create a soccer club that can proudly represent Japan. I also think that a sporting team and DAO is a good match, so I’d like to try on that as well.
This huge project has only begun. Anyone who hasn’t been supporting any soccer teams so far, or anyone who would love to support us, I would love to operate the team and develop a top-class soccer club with you!

Edo All United (旧:ONE TOKYO)はオーナーやフロントが権力を持ちません。サロンの会員全員がオーナーとしての権利を持ち、限定公開のFacebook内にて発案から選挙・投票を通し、クラブ経営に必要なものごとを決めることができます。サロン会員のみなさんが関わり続ける、そして関わっていると思える運営システムを維持し続けることを目指しています。
また、サロンの収益はすべてクラブ経営（グラウンド代、ユニフォーム代、その他運営に関わる経費）に充てられ、スポンサーによる支援に依存しすぎない全く新しいクラブ経営を目指しています。

会員限定のFacebookへログインし、クラブ経営に関わるさまざまな分野で自分のスキルを発揮することで、クラブ運営の一端としてご自身の足跡を残すことができます。
また現在、クラブへの貢献を可視化するためのポイントシステムを開発しており、公開の手前まで進んでいます。このポイントシステムは、クラブへの貢献度により会員は様々な特典を得られるほか、デジタルコンテンツの購入や選手たちへの経済的支援にも利用できる予定です。
